I can't get enough of this findability stuff now.  Peter Morville's new book, Ambient Findability, may be worth a good look (see excerpt here).  He also has a good read on The Age of Findability.  I also enjoyed Findability: Google is Your Home Page by D. Keith Robinson.  He presents more reasons to focus on making findability a priority for web sites.
